Anti-oxidizing, degreasing, anti-veiling and cleaning solution. Its special composition immediately removes any substance that could damage the print. It penetrates in the pore of plate's emulsion removing possible oxide points and preventing its formation. Besides, it removes lines and small incisions on the anodic layer, activating a correct ink taking and a perfect print. It can be used as many times as it is necessary, without damaging or weakening the emulsion or image of the plate.

ABCH69991001 Cleaning paste for ink rollers to be used when making a colour change. If regularly used, it reduces the glazing and polishing of rollers surface. Ideoneous for a quick colour change.

It enables blankets to perfectly recover their original texture and characteristics, helping in this way the ink taking and transmission. This product cannot get in contact with the plate, since it may damage its emulsion. Make sure that it has completely evaporated before printing again. The product should be applied during the night and normally washed the day after with a blanket cleaner before printing again. It deeply washes the blanklet and removes ink waste and marks.
It contains corrosion inhibitors.
It enables to recover from small gaps produced by fold-up sheets.
Not suitable for EPDM blankets.
Not recommended for rollers of polyurethane, P.V.C., etc.

It does not damage either plates or papers. The pH is adjusted within the optimum printing range 4,8-5,2. It contains corrosion inhibitors. Non flammable. Environment friendly.

FOUNT COLDSET (for coldset web presses).
Optimum ink water balance. Non agressive formulation. Excellent biocide system to prevent the dampening system from microbiological contamination. It meets the requirements of the main press manufacturers: Heidelberg, KBA and Man Roland. It delays the growing of waste in blankets and cylinders.

FOUNT HEATSET (for heatset web presses).
Formulated for the TOTAL IPA REMOVING. Optimum ink water balance. Very stable in machine. It minimizes the build-up of paper dust and ink on blankets, so it is not necessary to clean the blankets so often. Weak dot reproduction. It creates a uniform layer providing an optimum dampening of the plate, and this enables a better ink transmission, as well as a greater colour intensity even at high speed. It reduces the build-up of ink in the dampening rollers.

Concentrated 1+3. Aqueous alkaline blend. High cleaning power. After its application it is recomended to use the NEUTRALIZER (ABCH6993010) in order to remove alkaline waste and deeply disinfect the circuit.

Concentrated 1+3. Slightly acid product. It neutralises the alkaline waste of the circuit cleaner. It deeply disinfect the fountain solution circuit. It is recommended to use it after applying our circuit cleaner (ABCH6995010).
